Prevent scan from scheduling when it's running already

Right now a scan can be scheduled while it's running already.
For example: I press the start button at 10:36. The schedule is set for 11:00. The SecurityHive Portal will schedule the scan both for 10:36 and 11:00, even if the scan is still running.
