Bulk accept/resolve vulnerabilities is delayed and has doubled history

When I use the bulk function to update multiple vulnerabilities at once, nothing happens. Only a few days later the vulnerabilities show up as accepted/resolved and have multiple history entries logged (maybe because you'll try to update them multiple times).
