Automatically mark resolved vulnerabilities as resolved

We've released this feature and it's active for all users now! We're just finishing a knowledgebase article on which vulnerabilities will be marked as resolved automatically.

We've identified a small issue in larger scans and environments causing vulnerabilities not to get marked as resolved. We're solving this last issue before we put this feature live.
