When deploying DNS Guard client, I need to enable captive portal detection in an easy way. Add the ability to enable/disable captive portal detection via an installer option (environment variable/flag).

We've released an update which adds support for captive portals including configuration via the MSI installer. Please refer to our knowledgebase for more information.
By default DNS Guard will allow captive portals within the first 10 minutes, or enable it permanently via the installer.
